Recital A
A. whereas the rule-based multilateral trading system, established through the World Trade Organisation (WTO), is- reformed in order to turn it more democratic and efficient, and with clarified relations with other key international organizations such as ILO, UNCTAD, FAO, the Human Rights Council, the IMF and the World Bank-, would be the most suitable framework for regulating and promoting open and fair trade;
