Welcomes and encourages the cooperation amongst the Agencies within and beyond the framework of EU Agencies Network (EUAN), allowing to build synergies and to exchange ideas and best practices and aiming to achieve more balanced governance, improved efficiency, reduced costs and greater coherence between them;
