Believes that one of the fundamental problems in the social enterprises market is the lack of appropriate know-how when it comes to establishing and managing such enterprises, and that therefore it is important not only to create an international knowledge base concerning social entrepreneurship, but also to ensure that advice, training and information is available in this context;
