Welcomes the initiatives taken by third countries to introduce the resale right and calls on the Commission, within the framework of foreign policy, to continue its efforts to make Article 14ter of the Berne Convention mandatory to continue its efforts in multilateral fora to strengthen the European art market's position in the world;
