Believes it is necessary to ensure that a suitable balance is struck between, on the one hand, the protection of the donor in terms of anonymity and confidentiality and, on the other hand, the traceability ofto trace organ donations for medical purposes, in order to prevent the remuneration of organ donation and trading and trafficking in organs.
