Invites the Institute, the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) and the Commission to further explore the common elements between the Institute and FRA and to report back on the possibility of deeper integration and/or the eventual merger of the two Agencies; believes that a merger of the Institute and FRA should be considered in order to avoid duplication and reduce overhead costs; invites the Institute, FRA and the Commission to analyse gains and losses arising from the merger scenario, and to evaluate to what extent the merger could contribute to economies of scale and optimisation of the performance in the area of fundamental rights, women's rights and equality between women and men;Deleted
