Proposes, in order to increase transparency, the creation of a user- friendly tool on the Internet showing money flows not only in figures, but also through lines of different sizes, reflecting those figures and making the necessary connections from one actor in the chain to another, at the various different levels of action, whilst always taking into account the protection of privacy;
