In case farmers are automatically entitled to the support referred to in Chapter 2 of Title III of Regulation (EU) No [DP], the agri-environment-climate measures laid down in this regulation in article 29(4) do not need to be the same as the greening measures, however the agri- environment-climate programs must to go beyond the benefits of the greening.
