Calls on the Member States and social partners to address the specific situation of undocumented women in the workplace and help those concerned, thereby enabling them to betterto exercise their rights - including through the application of EU Directive 2009/52/EC providing for minimum standards on sanctions and measures against employers of illegally staying third-country nationals; to ensure that the labour law and the collective agreements are respected.
