Urges the Commission to promote the spread of public procurement disciplines based on international standards as developed in the Government Procurement Agreement and to use or expand existing regulatory dialogues, as well as increasing the number of parties to the Agreement, in order to enhance cooperation on the regulatory framework and the removal of existing direct and indirect discriminatory practices;
