Points out that students who hold the European baccalaureate can apply to any university in the EU and urges the Member States to ensure that the relevant provisions are complied withchool-leaving certificates must be recognised in all the EU Member States without further approval and that final school results must not be artificially lowered on account of any differences in assessment methods;
