Considers that mutual evaluation process has led to transparency in the results of implementation of the Services Directive, simplified the identification and promotion of good regulatory practices and enabled a better understanding of the remaining barriers and the situation in each Member State by the European Commission and the Member States; notes that the process enabled the Member States to get feedback on their policy choices;
