Calls on the European Commission and the Member States to consider establishing free-of-charge mechanisms for alternative dispute resolution that can be activated automatically when a vulnerable consumer is involved, as well as for collective actions; emphasises that disputes must be dealt with rapidly and inexpensively, and decisions taken implemented swiftly;
