Calls for the renewal and deepening of relations as part of the Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region between the European Union and neighbouring countries not belonging to the Union whose territories are part of the functional spaces of a given macro-region or affect those spaces directly, particularly in the implementation of large-scale projects that could affect the state of the Baltic Sea environment;
