Welcomes the results of the evaluation report of the effectiveness of the EU aid channelled through civil society organisations (CSO-s); draws attention to one of the main recommendations of the report to reduce the negative impact of cumbersome procedures on the effectiveness of the programmes implemented by CSO-s and welcomes that new options are put in place to simplify access to funding;
