Considers that vessels fishing under the provisions of an SFPA but which do not supply their Member State and the Commission with the data required under the terms of their fishing authorisation should not be issued with authorisations in subsequent years; (no data, no fish);Explanation: fishing vessels are not responsible for supplying information to the Commission. That is a responsibility of Member States, and sanctions should not be imposed due to the failure of the Member State to supply information.)
