Applied in the right way, the flexicurity approach can create a win-win situation and be equally beneficial for employers and employees. They conclude that a dynamic labour market should ensure that everyone has the chance to use his or her skills and abilities in their working life. This notably includes ensuring healthy and safe working conditions over the working life, updating competences over the life course through regular and lifelong learning as well as implementing flexible working practices that benefit workers and employers, ensuring possibilities for a second career for those who need this;
