6 a. 7a (new): In case an online marketplace facilitates the sale of a product for which there is no manufacturer established in the Union and no importer, the online marketplace will be required to comply with the obligations set out in Article 10.

Online marketplaces shall also verify that any applicable EU declaration of conformity or declaration of performance has been drawn up correctly.
