Stresses, moreover, that this would requireany EU level action on music streaming services would require, at the first place, transparency obligations, including regular monitoring and reporting on the prominence and discoverability of European works on, among othersand elimination of unfair and fraudulent streams, so-called click- fraud, on, inter alia, curated playlists, user interfaces, algorithmic choices and recommendation systems to demonstrate on the one hand how successfully the services have tackled the referred dysfunctionalities, and on the other hand to what extent they have achieved the objective of prominence and discoverability;
