Calls on the Commission, therefore, to introduce, as a matter of priority and urgency,consider the introduction of indicators in addition to GDP for projects involving environmental and social issues, with a view to establishing a more comprehensive picture of regional cohesion policies, at the latest by the start of the 2014-2020 programming period;
