Calls on the European Commission and the Member States to take the necessary measures to promote the reconciliation of work and private life, in order to enable woenable women to pursue their careers, in full-time or part-time work or by means of other flexible forms of employment who are exposed to the risk of poverty to pursue their careers, by providing access to flexible work arrangements or to full-time workich not only reconcile work and family life but also secure their financial independence and reduce the risk of poverty;
