Calls on the External Action Service to deepen the dialogue with Arab regional institutions to ensure they play a leading role in mainstreaming women's rights and related policies across the region; through the implementation of the Department of Women's action plan, at the League of Arab States; and by strongly supporting the mandate of the newly established Family Affairs unit of the Organization for Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to be ratified in the upcoming OIC summit in Egypt in February 2013;
