These measures mayshall include the obligation to provide publicly available information as to the extent to which the product is re- usable and recyclable. Member States shall take the necessary measures to ensure that preparing for re-use operators have access to instruction manuals, spare parts, technical information, or any other instrument, equipment or software required for preparation for re-use of used products."
