Reminds that the Centre can award grants to institutions and individuals and invites the Centre to promote independent research on those vaccines the safety of which has be questioned in several Member States; points out that transparency of clinical data, pharmacovigilance and monitoring of side-effects arising from vaccines should also be reinforced in cooperation between European Medicines Agency and the Centre;
