Hopes that the EU will set a good example, by repromovting obstacles such as tariffs and levies, to trade in 'the development and more extensive application of the green' technologies and of environmentally sound and climate- friendly products and promoting 'environmental goods and services' (EGS); moreover supporting more widespread use of commodities and environmental services in the developing states, including on the basis of the Bali Action Plan and the Copenhagen Green Climate Fund;
