Understands that the new initiative InterRail is foreseen to be elaborated during the mid-term revision of the multi- annual fWelcomes the new InterRail initiative as an innovative way to enable young Europeans to experience the freedom of movement in the Union in ancial framework (MFF) but b environment friendly manner. Believes that such a project should not jeopardize budgetary lines within thebe independent from Heading 1a related to the transport sector and other sectors important to Union’s competitiveness and growth; reiterates its previous call on the Commission to put forward relevant proposals in this regard;
