Calls on higher education institutions to integrate lifelong learning into their curricula and adapt to a student base that includes adults, non-traditional learners and full-time students who have to work while studying, as well as people with disabilities, and therefore calls on the institutions of higher education to implement programs aimed at removing existing obstacles and barriers;
