UrgesCalls upon the Council to expeditestrictly apply the Excessive Deficit Procedures against Member States who are in a non- exceptional breach of a 3% ratio of planned or actual government deficit to GDP or continue to exceed a ratio of 60% government debt to GDP; urgescalls upon the Council to fully apply sanctions against Member States in accordance with Article 126 of TFEU;
