52. Welcomes the commitment of the EIB to develop a new framework for measuring the development impacts (REM framework) for evaluating projects both ex-ante and ex-post as of January 2011, and encourages the EIB to enhance transparency in applying this framework by disclosing the full list of indicators, and publishing monitoring reports and measures taken; requests to be informed about the improvements in result monitoring achieved by the new Result Measurement framework (REM);
