Suggests that information centres be set up in orderUnderlines the need to make entrepreneurs aware of the advantages to be gained from keeping their operations in, or relocating them to, Europe, and; suggests that EURES be exploited as efficiently as possible in order to make use of the skills of young European jobseekers and avert the abuses stemming froms well as calls on Member States to improve implementation of the Services Directive and the increasingeliminate instances of social dumping.
