Calls for at least half the members of the next Commission to be drawn from Members of the European Parliament elected in 2014 thereby reflecting the balance between the two chambers of the legislature; calls on the political groups and parties to ensure such a composition; notes that the reappointment of a current Commissioner who was previously elected as a Member of the European Parliament shall also be acceptable;
