Invites the Council, the Commission and the Member States to design and implement effective multifaceted strategies for achieving parity in participation in political decision making and leadership at all levels, especially in the areas of macro- economic policy, trade, labour, budgets, defence and foreign affairs, through indicators, quantified targets, clear action plans and regular monitoring mechanisms followed up with corrective measures where the set targets are not met;
