Calls on the Commission to monitor the evolving postal sector, including the growth of e-commerce and e-substitution, and to respond where necessary to ensure the sustainability of the USO, without jeopardising the USO on at least five working days per week and to ensure that even regions, towns and municipalities with low population densities and in peripheral locations will continue to be supplied on every working day;
