Strongly stresses the important of adequate resources dedicated to preventing and combating gender-based violence under the Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values, especially following the escalation of violence against women during the ongoing COVID-19 crisis; regrets in that direction that the Commission has postponed the publication of the proposal aiming at preventing and combatting specific forms of gender-based violence, expects the Commission to publish this proposal without further delay,
