Welcomes the EIGE’s contribution to the ongoing works of the Committee including the efforts to eliminate violence against women and girls which exacerbated during the COVID-19 pandemic; welcomes in this respect EIGE’s contribution through research, the collection of high-quality data and assessment of national policies related to gender based violence and femicides across all EU Member States;
