Notes the gender distribution within the Authority’s senior management members, with 3 out of 5 being women (60 %); notes the gender distribution within the Authority’s management board, with 3 out of 6 being of the same gender (50 %); further notes the gender distribution within the Authority’s overall staff, with 134 out of 250 being men (53,60 %); points out, however, that, in the recruitment of new staff and in connection with promotions, the Authority should bear in mind that candidates’ skills, knowledge and experience are the most important factors; points out that the need for a geographical balance among staff members should also be borne in mind;
