Raises concern about the UK’s position on the future partnership with the EU, and thus emphasises that rights and privileges entail obligations and that the level of access to the EU single market should fully correspond to the extent of regulatory convergence and commitments agreed with respect to observing a level playing field for open and fair competition with a view to dynamic alignment;

6. Considers that the envisaged partnership should include an ambitious Comprehensive Air Transport Agreement which ensures the EU’s strategic interestcontaining appropriate provisions related to the access to the market and investment included in the most ambitious Union bilateral agreements, provided that it is in the Union's interest and respects a balance of rights and obligations;
