Calls for women’s entrepreneurial spirit to be encouraged, also for the purpose of buying land, for support to be given to networks of female entrepreneurs, and also for provision to be made in the financial sector for affording rural businesswomen, including individually self-employed or part-time self-employed women with low earnings, access to investment – thus empowering them more effectively in the marketplace and enabling them to develop businesses from which they can make a stable living;
