Invites the Member States to include in their structural labour market reforms instruments such as the European Social Fund (ESF) to combat professional segregation of women in both the horizontal and the vertical sense through effective measures against stereotypes, measures to improve the work-life balance and exchange of good practice and benchmarking indicators between the Member States;
