Notes that the Parliament's Ad Hoc Delegation for the Observation of Trials of Journalists in Turkey, established in 2011 and referred to in its Resolution on the 2011 Progress Report on Turkey and in its Resolution on the 2012 Progress Report on Turkey, has presented the Interim Activity Report in 2013, based on factual observations, and will deliver the Final Activity Report in the first semester of 2014;
