Acknowledges that following the Court of Auditors' Special Report No 15/2012, the Authority revised its Ethics Guidelines jointly with EBA and EIOPA, based on the Commission's guidelines on the Prevention and Management of Conflict of Interest in EU Decentralised Agencies; welcomes the fact that the Authority's ethics guidelines were assessed by the lnternal Audit Service in 2013 and were considered best practices;
