Calls on the Fundamental Rights Agency to systematically collect data disaggregated by gender and ethnicity as well as other grounds and present its result in a gender and ethnically disaggregated way; emphasizes the necessity of suitable data gathering and data protection mechanisms to ensure the prevention of its misuse, as for example, racial profiling;
