Stresses that the financial and economic crisis and the measures taken to tackle it have had a serious impact on the poorest and most deprived sections of the population in contrast to those people and officials who irresponsibly triggered the crisis, and calls for particular attention and appropriate, more incisive measures to remedy this situation by impeding this situation will ever happen again in the future,
