4. Calls on the Commission and the Member States to implement proactive policies to promote good jobs for women in order to meet the Europe 2020 targets by combating stereotypes and vertical and horizontal occupational segregation, encouraging the transition from part- to full-time working, and focusing on the NEET1 category in particular and in the interest of promoting the employment of single mothers raising children alone to increase the obvious benefits of marriage in the social system, so as to reduce the link between de facto life partnerships and the claim on greater social benefits; __________________ 1 Not in Education, Employment or Training.
