Takes the view that older people should be a fully fledged part of society and that their participation in daily life should be supported; considers, furthermore, that a structured dialogue between young and elderly people should be actively encouraged, with special reference – in the context of encouraging people to have children – to promoting an approach based on older people drawing retirement pensions and to persuading them to play a more active role;
