4. Points out that T&C from Europe are often exported to third countries for disposal; recommends that, instead of export, T&C shall be repaired and reused in Europe which would provide work on the one hand and clothes for marginalised people on the other hand; stresses that thise practice of exporting shifts environmental problems arising from the disposal of T&C to third countries; recommends that T&C to be exported for disposal must be prepared for proper recycling;
