Believes that the principle of the rule of law and the risks for the Union budget in case of breaches require a holistic approach for the protection of European public money; considers that the bodies charged with ensuring the proper management of Union funds need to cooperate as effectively as possible; calls on all Member states who have not done so yet to participate in the European Public Prosecutors Office;
