Notes that the lack of online news and information on the EU and its institutions is not the problem, which in fact resides in the availability of a wide range of information without any real order of priority, which can lead to situations in which too much information kills information; notes that all the institutions have launched their own news platforms, which fail, however, to captivate the public, in many cases owing to the use of overly technical language that is not immediately accessible to everyone;
