(6) Member States shall determine the appropriate private or public entity responsible to carry out the screening procedure. This entity shall notify the result of the screening procedure to the requesting party without undue delay. The correct application of Article 2(3a) of this Directive shall be monitored by the competent national authority, established pursuant to Article 28 of Directive 95/46/EC, and the European Data Protection Supervisor.
