Recall that in its resolution of 6 April 2011 on protection of the Community's financial interests — Fight against fraud — Annual report 20091, the European Parliament was calling for the introduction of mandatory national management declarations duly audited by the national audit office and consolidated by the Court of Auditors; regrets that no further steps have been taken in that direction;
